Stress is a big word these days. Everybody seems to be stressed about something. When you are feeling stressed out, here are some fun and helpful coping skills you can practice.
You tried out for a local band, but you didn't make it. It was a dream of yours to be a part of this band. You practiced for months and were very upset.
The band told you that you didn't play the guitar well enough. You were so upset that you broke your guitar. Now, on top of everything, your mom is mad at you, too.
The first step in dealing with stress is being honest with yourself about how situations really make you feel.
So answer the following questions as honestly as you can.
