Imagine yourself 30 years into the future, where you are 30 years older than you are today.

  • What have you done with your life?
  • Are you married?
  • Do you have kids?
  • What career did you choose?

Today, you will answer these questions and many more!

An autobiography is a story of a person’s life written by that person.

An autobiography can include memories, experiences, description of the author, and significant events.

Most autobiographies are about the path that the person took to get to where he or she is today, and are written in chronological order.

Begin to consider what your personal autobiography would say. Plan an autobiography that represents you 30 years from now.

To help you consider what your story would say, review the following resources.

Now that you have seen examples of different autobiographies, move on to the Got It? section to begin thinking about your own!
