If you answered triangle to the riddle above, you are absolutely correct!

Triangles are everywhere and they have the same features, but they are not all the same.

In this lesson, you will learn how to classify triangles by looking at their sides and angles. You will play a fun interactive game, use online resources, and even design a new bicycle while learning these new skills and concepts!

This lesson is the first in a series of geometry lessons. found under Related Lessons in the right-hand sidebar,  that allows you to design or build a bike. Each lesson in the series presents a new geometry concept and adds to the design of the bicycle in the Go! section. Complete each lesson in the series in order so you don’t miss building part of the bike.

Each lesson will present the concept in the Get It! section with a video, slideshow, or interactive. The Got It? section will contain a review and an opportunity to practice the concept. The Go! section will challenge you to add parts to your bicycle based on your new knowledge and skills.
